- How accurate is the validation?
- Syntax, DNS, and blacklist checks are deterministic. Mailbox-level checks depend on the receiving server: most give a definitive answer, but some (notably Microsoft 365 catch-alls) accept everything. We never guess — those come back as "risky" or "unknown" instead of a false "deliverable".
- Do you send emails to the addresses I check?
- No. We open an SMTP conversation and stop right before any message content would be sent. The mailbox owner never sees anything.
- What happens to my uploaded lists?
- Bulk jobs and their results are automatically deleted 48 hours after completion. The validation engine itself is stateless and never persists addresses. You can also delete any job manually at any time.
- What does "risky" mean?
- The address will probably accept mail, but something warrants caution: the domain is catch-all (accepts anything), the address is a role account (info@, support@), or it's a disposable inbox.
- How does the Klaviyo integration work?
- You connect with a Klaviyo private API key. We pull your lists and segments, validate the emails, and show you a deliverability report with the monthly cost you'd save by suppressing dead profiles. One click then suppresses or tags them — with a confirmation first.
